Required Documents for Hajj

  1. Valid passport for at least six (6) months from date of travel - US Citizens.

  2. US re-entry permit/travel document or copy of Green Card for non-US citizens.

  3. Four (4) passport size pictures with white background.

  4. Vaccination Certificate for Meningitis (ACYW 135)

  5. Copy of notarized marriage certificate ( for husband and wife).

  6. Copy of birth certificate for each child ( only if children are traveling and visa has been issued).

  7. Mahram Letter for ladies UNDER the age of 46 traveling alone ( from husband/brother/father/so forth).

  8. Muslims with non-Islamic names must submit proof of Shahadah from mosque or institution where it was taken.

  9. Make out a certified bank check for Deposit or Full payment to Professional Hajj & Umrah Guides L.L.C (non-refundable).

  10. $280 Saudi government fees certified check or cashier check is to be made payable to 'Unified Agents Office' The checks should include the name and the passport number of the pilgrim

  11. Original documents must only be sent to us if we request it from you. Otherwise, please send only copies of Documents. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ORIGINAL DOCUMENT EXCEPT YOUR PASSPORT.

  12. Although you are submitting only copies, you must have them notarized.

  13. Make sure that a return prepaid Federal Express envelope is included in your package to Professional Hajj & Umrah Guides L.L.C.
